Recently one of the main servers in Europe location has connectivity issues, couple of IT incidents have been reported to India office but the response was late and incomplete. Ineffective communication were reported frequently between European and north American offices, even though all the quality management system procedures were written in English, the R&D procedure and final R& D solution and report was written in German and French. The data privacy laws and regulation are different between north America and Europe. Also the environmental codes and standards are more stringent in Canada rather USA The company has over 2000 employees globally; however It's been a challenge to hire the right skill set for business development and marketing positions at head quarter office in Edmonton. The document management system I fully automated and integrated in all offices. However there are some gaps regarding transferring big data between offices and to clients. Most of the clients are in the middle east, stakeholder management and customer feedback plan are being done regularly, however in two big projects, clients had a complaints regarding the final deliverables constructability as well as inadequate support during procurement, construction and commissioning, No evidence were found to address these customer complaints
