You have been assigned to work with four other students on a semester-long project that counts for 30 percent of your course grade. All members of your group will share the same grade. One member of your group, Enrique, has two small children to support and, in addition to attending your university, works a full-time job at a convenience store. You like and admire Enrique. He's a friendly person who is working hard to take care of his family. But he just isn't following through on his share of the work for your group.
