You have been employed by company called Worldwide Advertising, Inc. as an IT consultant for implementing their Windows network infrastructure. Worldwide Advertising Inc. is a newly developed advertising company, which is located in two countries namely Zimbabwe and Zambia. The company is currently hiring staff and need to have their IT services configured. As a consultant, you are required to implement a solution that meets their core IT services. The company is intended to start with 100 employees who will be working in different departments namely Human resources, Marketing, IT, Accounts and Sales. Each department data should be privately kept from other departments. You are required to propose and document your plan on how network will be configured, maintained and sourced based on the following facets:

• Describe choice of technical requirements and business requirements
• Determine new features of Windows Serve 2012 that can benefit Worldwide Advertising, Inc. to attain its organizational goals
• Determine the total number of servers that are required in each location, which Windows Server 2012 edition will be suitable for you company and choose installation method that will be used. Also briefly discuss where each server will be located (which site) and how servers will be deployed
• Determine number of domains and determine if you are going to have any Read-Only Domain Controller. Justify your answer
• Define how Active Directory sites will be configured and determine if second site domain controller will be a replica. Justify your answer
• Discuss how group policy plan will be implemented in you organization in order to manage network resources. To ease group policy manageability, plan Organizational Units structure
• Plan how Files and Storage will be Implemented for the whole organization in order to ensure that information saved within the organization has integrity
• Plan Active Directory optimization and reliability which specifies how backup and recover from disaster will be controlled and also specify how server will be managed in order to ensure the servers availability
