There are three types of rate requests (A, B, and C) which must be routed to particular UTs (each UT has a different specialty). Historical data suggests that for every 39 requests that flow through the DC, 14.6 of the 39 are "type A" requests (37.4% of the total) and must be routed to team 1, 13.2 of the 39 are "type B" requests (33.9%) and must be routed to team 2, and 11.2 of the 39 are "type C" requests (28.7%) and must be routed to team 3.
