You have been hired as management consultants by the organization from the scenario you have chosen. This organization has an issue that they are looking to resolve and they have hired your group to help them understand the issue and to propose actions to change it. Your task is to research an organizational behavior topic that relates to the issue, how it impacts organizations and what organizations can do to resolve this issue. Then using the information, you have gained from your research, you will make recommendations to the organization that has hired you to help them resolve their issue. 

You will prepare a written document as well as a presentation document Final written paper formatting. 

1. Title page: Title of report, Instructor’s name, group members and date 

2. Introduction: Describe the problem or issue of the organization you have chosen and how it relates to one of the organizational behavior topics we have studied. 

3. Summary of research on the Organizational Behavior topic related to the issue: How does this topic relate to Organizational Behavior and what is the impact of this topic on organizations in general. 

4. Recommendations: Using the information gathered from your research, generate key steps the organization can take to improve the problem. 

5. References: Ensure you cite your references using APA format (separate page) The final project report should be 6-8 typed, double-spaced, and numbered pages of text. The paper must have 1-inch margins on 8.5”x11” paper, with 12pt Times New Roman.
