b. Propose two strategies to promote cultural change in the facility that will assist in retaining staff.
c. Develop a recruitment plan that includes advertising, interviewing, selecting, and hiring.
d. Analyze focused retention initiatives (onboarding, employee rounding, social networking, employee recognition, developmental stretch assignments).
e. Complete a plan to promote organizational change that supports these efforts.
Include a clear introduction, body, conclusion, in-text citations, and references page. No more than 20% of your paper should be from cited sources.
Include a minimum of three scholarly references.
