It is week 7 of your project and you have run into an issue. Last week, Julia McBride, stopped showing up to work and has not been responding to your calls or emails. Julia is a key project team member, she is a subject matter expert with key deliverables weeks 10 to 14 of your project, her role is to make sure your web application is high quality, functions well, and is user friendly. You must act quickly regarding her sudden absence and have decided to hire a contract consultant to fill the role in order for your project to deliver by week 15. The consultant must be onboarded in week 9, conduct user testing weeks 10 and 11, handing off the validated product by week 14.
