You have been hired to organize a semi-formal dinner for the closing reception of a conference on the topic of Saving our Oceans held at the Vancouver Aquarium. 50 professionals from the conference will be in attendance. The Decor-you have access to round tables and chairs for 50 people. Each table will need to be decorated elegantly with a centerpiece, and a 'place setting' to accommodate the menu you have created.

The Cocktail- Create a signature cocktail for the event (with a unique name) that reflects the theme of the event and the design and decor for each table. Add this item to the menu as well
