The most experienced systems analyst on the team has indicated that the most likely estimate would be 40 working days. Apply the PERT formula to compute the weighted average duration based on the above estimates.

3. Explain to the team the three common techniques that can be considered if they ever need to shorten the schedule of development activities in the event of time constraints.
