You have been provided with a set of plans and specifications (within the Assessments Tab on Blackboard) of a commercial/industrial building at Lot 1417 (5) Supreme Loop, Gnangara. The building selected is predominately constructed by the "tilt-up" precast concrete method. This assignment will assess your ability to obtain all the relevant information available for your commercial project and confirm that the building complies with all the physical and legal requirements. You will be required to estimate part of the replacement cost of the building and the external improvements on an elemental and cost/m2 basis.
