The data was collected between the dates of 25/03/2020 to 07/04/2020. The research department of a university business school has undertaken some consultancy work for the Government. The Government is interested in assessing the impact of Brexit on UK organisation's recruitment processes and making a comparison between the public sector and the private sector. The Government is therefore interested in examining whether organisations are planning to grow or shrink their workforce, where the potential markets for new staff are seen to be, and whether a new points based immigration system would be seen as problematic in operation.
