You have been selected as one of the finalists for a full scholarship to any law school in the world - all tuition, living expenses, travel and a living allowance included. The Scholarship Program is focused on offering opportunities to young promising future lawyers interested in using law as a tool to support civil rights and equality. As part of the last phase of the selection process, each finalist has been asked to make short essay about law & justice. Specifically, this year's essay is focused on racial discrimination and how it can be understood in terms of both issues of "recognition" and "redistribution." Drawing on the assigned readings by Booker Cook (on Du Boise & Fanon), Nancy Fraser, and at least 1 other assigned article/chapter from the course, write the requested essay
