She also displays a 'not-really' friendly attitude while communicating with the young generation, especially the Generation Y & Z. To make the matter worse, Madam Liew disallows the young generation to seek for clarifications on certain HR matters. She feels that the younger generation employees are rude and don't really like to take instructions and have their own opinions. She prefers to work with employees that are agreeable and always listens to her. Madam Liew is very much insistent on doing things as per how it was and she doesn't like change. This has affected the company's business badly as many HR policies and strategies and are not updated according to the current industry requirements and standards. As companies are going paperless and business revenue is affected badly. However she did not do any changes to adjust compensation and remunerations packages in the company as well to follow the trends of the industry.
