You have done such an excellent performance leading your departments team and directs reports that Jack Hillary (CEO of Hillary Enterprises) has promoted you to Vice President of Organizational Behaviour (OB) at the company.

While you have been leading your own department successfully, other departments in the company are facing significant problems. The organizational culture is deteriorating, decision making is poor and unethical practices are being followed

Jack wants you to write a report (minimum 6 pages NO maximum) outlining the possible causes of the problems, their impact on the employees and their solutions.

Your report should be based on the information covered in the respective sessions. DO NOT copy and paste from the slides or other sources. Write the report in your OWN WORDS.
