(Project management, project control, document control, process, mechanical, electrical, piping, automation, estimation, engineering management) and you know the number of hours you need per each discipline in each project and the date which you need to start the activities related to that discipline. ( Compare everything with KOM of project). For each potential project, you have the expected start date and probability of winning the bid.

You need to develop dynamic tools and do sensitivity analysis on data you put as input.
