You have noticed recently that one of the employees at the IT support department you are working for has been helping clients to retrieve lost passwords for the site by giving extra hints to the customer about their password retrieval questions like reminding them that its their mothers maiden name over the phone. When you talk to them about this, they say that they were only being helpful because the people they were talking to were new to the job and really confused because their manager wasnt helping them at all.
