You have recently been promoted to Manager in the Orthopedic Department at Valley Vista Healthcare. This department has faced many challenges over the last few years, with high turnover among front desk staff, clinical staff, and some providers. A recent culture survey uncovered a few things that resulted from this leadership change. Nearly 70% of the department employees did not trust the manager and left the organization. You must now work to hire staff for several vacancies within the department.

2. For this assignment, you want to write a 2-4-page paper, not including the title and reference page, to address the challenges presented in the case study above. Using the textbook information from Chapter 7, you will develop strategies to obtain employees.
