.You have to design a digital clock which can only act as either a stopwatch or Timer. You can choose between the two modes of the clock. The clock will show hours, minutes and seconds passed. First draw the circuit on paper and then simulate it on Proteus. Make a nice display using a 7 segment display to show the hours, minutes and seconds passed. For the clock assume you are already provided with an oscillator which has a time period of 1 second. (hint: A timer will count down from a set value and a stopwatch will count up from the set value)
