You have to reply to your team member

Subject: The State of the Team Hi Jomy, Thank you for your earlier email. I just wanted to make sure you are aware of the state that the team's been in lately. I'm sure that I speak for most of us when I say that the last few meetings have been really frustrating. A few team members have been really controlling and selfish and it doesn't leave much room for everyone's voice to be heard. I know for a fact that at least three people on the team feel completely left out. I'm sure you'll see what I mean at our next meeting. I want to believe that you can turn things around and keep this team from falling apart. Regards
