You have to set out the legal issues you deem relevant to the case and

your position regarding each of the issues. You should also set forth the

contrary arguments which could be raised as to each issue. As was the case in

class, there is no "right" answer. What is important is your analysis of the

problem, the support for your position, and your ability to raise and refute the

contrary arguments.
