During the day of the presentation, he called you to express his disappointment and frustration. The board asked many questions about your analysis that Michael could not answer. "There were mistakes in your graphs. How could this be? I trusted you!" Michael yelled on the phone. It created tension between you and him. a. Michael wanted to meet you in person to discuss the issue. You knew that you could have done better, but because it was done abruptly, you might have missed some points, but you knew the strengths in that presentation.
