You manage human resources for a company that sells hunting and outdoor gear. One of the perks your company has for employees is an on-campus cafeteria where employees can eat for free every day. This cafeteria serves very high quality meals cooked by an excellent professional chef. However, to keep costs down, there is a single meal option that is served every day. Since your company sells outdoor gear, virtually every day this meal features some sort of wild game as the main protein in the dish. You have received the following complain from an employee:

I am a vegan because there are proven health benefits to keeping animal products out of human diets and I don't think it is right to kill animals for food.I find it incredibly offensive and demeaning that the company cafeteria serves only dishes with meat.Because of this, I am not able to take advantage of this valuable company benefit. This is discriminatory against me and my vegan beliefs.I hereby demand that the company either begin to serve a vegan option every day at lunch or provide me with the monetary value of the free cafeteria lunch so I can purchase my own vegan lunches. If you refuse, I will sue for discrimination.I have already contacted a lawyer about this, and she is excited to take my case.

Analyze and explain whether or not you are legally required to provide this employee with what she has asked for, and why.
