You may be aware that APS has made the commitment to start our salary schedule (BA step 1) at $59,000. At this time, negotiations between the Board of Education and teachers' union are still in progress, therefore we're unsure of how the rest of the salary schedule will be structured to include the starting salary of $59,000. Any additional salary adjustment will be applied to your salary once negotiations are final. what does this mean
