• Develop and implement organisational workforce diversity and inclusion strategies and plans [need to show/discuss strategies and plans]
• Analyse your organization's workforce diversity and inclusion objectives and evaluate effectiveness of that strategy after implementation.
• Show how would you handle contingencies and recommend improvements after consultation with key stakeholders.
