You mention a few ways you might test for CSR+. The first is behavior change and the last is functional assessment...are these the same? Why or why not? For the preference tests...does someone alway prefer a reinforcer? Would this test for generalized, but maybe not a conditioned reinforcer? Under what conditions might this work and under what conditions might it not work? The extinction tests are the ones that are common in hte readings this week...do you see a reason why these would be used most often? Do you see an issue with these tests? Why or why not? Given the general discussion about conditioned reinforcers and why they may or may not function in the same manner as a conditioned stimulus, is there a single test that might be most appropriate? What else might one want to consider?
