6. Identify how barriers to participation have been or could be addressed by services/ program organisers or facility management.
7. Explain how the services and programs uphold clients' rights.
8. Explain how the services/ programs allow clients to be active citizens.
9. Explain how you would seek feedback from the client to ensure the services meet their needs.
