YOU must answer this problem by identifying the legal issues (legal problems and potential problems) and itemizing the related legal principles. (Ignore criminal matters) Babs Bottomkeeler, Bobbi Bulwark and Gary Gunnel, all kayaking and river rafting enthusiasts, had decided to put their love of water sporting activities to a profitable use, and formed a business called Wet And Wild Adventures Ltd. The business operated river-rafting expeditions on the Rattle Snake River, on the Thunder River and on the Raging River. After a number of very profitable years, making a dollar had become considerably more difficult as of late due in a large part to the number of other new river rafting competitors. The threesome decided that if their company was going to survive they were going to have to do some strategic planning. They negotiated a deal with their largest competitor, Up And Down The River Rafting Inc., that Wet And Wild Adventures Lid. would only operate on the Thunder River and the Raging River, and Up And Down The River Rafting Inc. would limit its' operation to the Rattle Snake River. To ensure that the two businesses understood the arrangement they signed a contract and to ensure that each was bound to the agreement they executed the document under seal.
