Thecasesyouchooseshouldbeideallyreportedfromthedisciplinarybody,althoughcourtcasescanbeused,ifnecessary.

(a)Prepareabriefwriteuponeachofthethreecases,includingthefollowinginformation(asbestaspossible,givenavailabledata):

• Foreachcase,relatetherelevantfacts.
• Discussthepracticalaspectofwhattranspired(e.g.,transferredtrustfunds,etc.).
• Statetheethicalbreachwhichoccurredasaresultoftheactsundertaken.
• Discussfactorstakenintoaccountbythedisciplinarycommittee,hearingofficers,Benchers,etc.
• Wasstaredecisisfollowed?Discuss.
• Discusstherelevantlegislationorregulationinvolved.
• (b) Discuss the similarities and differences of the three cases regarding the offences,persons,andsentencesoroutcomes.

(c) Explain vicarious liability and discuss who could be held liable for any losses thatmight occur relating to this principle. Make reference to all relevant legislation inyour answer.
