You must provide evidence you have managed project human resources on two occasions.

Evidence must include the documents and records from each project showing:

1. How project personnel training and development requirements were identified and the plan for meeting those requirements.
2. The plan to manage project personnel to achieve project outcomes and the strategies used to implement those plans.
3. How human resource management (HRM) methods, techniques, and tools were used in the project.
