You must use the Quality Challenge Log to record your daily progress toward your quality improvement goal. Write a short reflection at the end of each day (one sentence is fine). Write a brief summary on the final day about how this experiment worked for you and whether or not you will continue or make incremental improvements. Turn in a graph of the data you collected using one of the seven quality improvement tools discussed in my lecture.
