Please state the opportunities and threats clearly, indicate if each is H, M, and L and why and finally what your firm has done or could do to deal with the opportunity and threat.

b. The complete value chain (diagram) for your firm’s primary product/service, followed by a discussion of the two strongest and the two weakest areas of the value chain.
