You receive the following e-mail from a friend. \"Hey there. I'm taking Cale 1 this quarter, and I think you said that you're taking Gale 1 right now, too. I'm having trouble with this one type of problem and I don't really know anyone in my class, so I was hoping that you could help explain it to me. The problem says: 2(x+1)3(x1) x3x2x+1 Consider the function f(x) = a) Find the domain and all critical points, extreme values and inection points for f (x). b) Find any vertical, horizontal and slant asymptotes for f (x). c) Find each maximal open interval where f(x) is increasing, decreasing, concave up and concave down. (1) Use parts (a) (c) to sketch a graph of f (x), labeling all key points and asymptotes. Also, I'm starting to realize that I don't understand limits as well as I thought I did when we learned them at the beginning of the quarter, so as you explain how to do the problem, can you be sure to tell me when and how to use limits? Thanks for your help.\" Assignment: Write and email back to your friend explaining how to do the problem. This does not mean you should simply do the problem. Instead, you must explain each step of the process. Your reply must be typed but can include hand-written gures and/or equations and you must include a graph that is drawn and labeled by hand. It does not need to be in an essay format, but must be written in a way that is clear and explanatory. It should be no more than 2-3 pages long in total
