SOLUTION The style of leadership and if they are task or relationship oriented: o begin with task oriented then relationship oriented O create a detailed project plan, tight schedules and emphasize performance goals O then relationship orientation which emphasizes the culture and relationships O kindness, respect, encouragement, trust, and cooperation O influence the behavior and performance from surface and deep level O emphasize on socialization and meetings O leader needs to vary their leadership style to how long the team has been together . Onboarding strategies that allow new remote employees to spend their first month in scheduled meetings, learning events and completing collaborative tasks
