You represent the Plaintiff. You won, but unfortunately there was an error in the Dollar amount. When you prepared the Judgment you put that the defendant had due and owing $7,250.49. You should have put $79,250.49. Your attorney is livid. FIX IT. (see Federal Rules of Civil Procedure AND DO RESEARCH ON WHAT THE REQUIREMENTS ARE). - In Palm Beach County, Bonnie and Clyde Inc. had an employee, Iam A. Thief, delivering a shipment of Laundry products. As a result of the accident the Plaintiffs vehicle, a 2018 Mercedes Carry-all was totaled, and Mr. Thief had to receive basic medical services.
- ALLFARM had a contract of insurance with Bonnie and Clyde coving PIP, Property, Bodily Injury, and Liability Insurance. ALLFARM conducted a preliminary investigation of the claim and believes it to be either fraudulent or grossly exaggerated. As such they paid only $35,000 of the $79,250.49 sought in the Suit.
