You should bring in the AIPCA Code of Professional Conduct in analyzing the ethical lapse. Your paper should include an executive summary, a body of between 4 7 pages (single spaced) and an annotated bibliography. You may want to use an ethical decision making model in your paper, but it is not required. You should provide a short history of the company, identify the ethical dilemma, identify and shortfall on internal or external auditors, describe what led to it, detail the impact on stakeholders, and identify lessons learned.
