The case study questions are:

1) Evaluate Ericsson's agile transformation by providing examples of its compliance as well as of its non-compliance with the agile manifesto principles and practices. Include in your answers some examples of practices specific to large organisations.

2) Relate the lesson-learned recommended by Paasivaara et al. (2018) to some of the critical success factors for agile projects reported in the literature (cite all your sources) and discuss potential challenges in their implementation from a project management perspective.
