You should take 2 pages per the first 10 chapters to discuss the top five concepts, ideas, or theories etc. that you pulled from each of these chapters and discuss how you will use these ideas to help you understand, plan, and execute successful change initiatives. Please do not simply restate the material when you cover these five concepts. For an appendix, I want you to create a checklist of topics and ideas, details etc. you will use to organize future change efforts that corresponds to The Change Path Model on pg. 54 of your text and discussed throughout the book.
