WHILE A THE JAIL THE SUSPECT BEGINS TO START KICKING, SCREAMING AND BECOMING VIOLENT IN HIS JAIL CELL. YOU ARE ORDERED BY A SGT AND YOUR TRAINER TO GO IN AND "CALM HIM DOWN" OR YOU WILL FAILYOUR TRAINING FOR THAT DAY. YOU GO INTO THE CELL AND PERFORM AN LVNR (NECK RESTRAINT) ON THE PRISONER TO MAKE HIM FALL ASLEEP FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.
