Youve are a customs and border control agent working a patrol along the U.S. Mexican border in search of those attempting to illegally breach the border. Each day is seemingly a bit of a struggle for you, as there are generally more people trying to cross the border than you and your fellow agents can handle. Most of those who escape your grasp seem to be harmless, but on this day, you notice a large tanker truck speeding toward the border on a relatively little used dirt road. Several large SUVs are also speeding toward the border ahead of the truck. This is a rare occurrence for you, as most people crossing are on foot, not in any sort of vehicle. You immediately suspect some sort of terrorist activity, with possibly some sort of deadly chemicals being smuggled in the tanker truck. This sort of truck seems very unnecessary for regular border attempts. The truck and group of SUVs are more than you and your fellow patrol agents can handle on your own. What do you do? Who else will you call in to help? While you may not be able to stop the truck, is there anything you can do to slow down the truck while other authorities arrive?
