You want to start your own business or will be taking an upper-management role in a company you currently work for. There are numerous legal-related considerationsyou will need to be aware of in your new role. Please explain what you feel are the priority areas you will need to review and address (in detail) so thatyou make sure your Company is in the healthiest legal position moving forward.

You may have pictures or other addendum material as part of the project but they must be added to the end of the paper as part of an Appendix and are not to be included in the four to six page requirement.

Also, you must use outside resources in addition to your textbook. These could be examples of other companies and what they have done to address the issues or additional research on the topic. There will be a minimum of 5 references, and they will need to be in APA format for the references and in-text citations. Your references page will be in addition to the four to six pages of writing.
