You were appointed as Risk Manager for your company premises relocation project (Project Code: 001). Project Manager needs to find a new location area and organize the relocation. The CEO (who in our case serves as the Sponsor) has already signed the SOW. Project purpose. During the last years, the ERGODYNAMIKI Company (current location: Thessaloniki) has been developed beyond expectations and therefore is in need of larger spaces in order to accommodate both its services and personnel. Its personnel numbers, 100 individuals, divided into 4 sectors with a total of 13 departments and it is expected to expand. Due to ERGONYNAMIKI's rapid growth, there hasn't been an ergonomic design based on the employees' needs, their work demands as well as the workflow and documents among departments. That should be taken into account when designing the new premises in order to meet the employees' needs as much as possible
