You were hired by a Canadian company/farmer (except Maple Syrup producers) to help his company export their products/agricultural commodities to international markets.

The company/farmer is producing the ............but does not have any knowledge in international business. They are prepared to hire you as a consultant (the knowledgeable person/team in international business).

2. an International Sales Contract

3. a Commercial invoice based on your contract (an empty template can be found under the documents tab)

4. Explain the INCOTERM included in the contract and the reasons you suggested that specific incoterm.
