You will be asked to complete four tasks: driving a forklift, stocking 5'x3' crates, shelving materials on 8' high shelves, and operating a pallet jack. Before you begin each task, you will be required to read and sign an acknowledgement form stating that you fully understand the instructions for completing the task safely and efficiently. Once you have completed all four tasks, you will have successfully completed the forklift test.
