You will be writing a small PHP/MySQL application to deal with the following (fictionalized) problem.

Cinema XYZ has four VIP rooms to run different movies. The seating capacity of each VIP room is 10 persons. The application administrator decided to have a reservation webpage to allow users to reserve a seat in one of the VIP rooms. A user visiting the page should be able to submit her/his name, email address, and phone number to reserve a seat in one of the VIP rooms. For example, the web page of reservation looks like
