You will complete a reflection journal following their work with at least two case workers. The reflection journal should be used to reflect upon performance as provided: Direction, guidance, recommendations, advice and support to at least two case workers Best practice information which is based on sound, reputable and current evidence Evidence of meeting with case workers over a period of time (at least three sessions) to assist in monitoring case progress for clients
