Create a scenario in which the contract is breached. You will then work on a solution to this by playing the role of judge, mediator, or arbiter if necessary.

Was one party deemed not to have the capacity to enter into the contract? Why? Was the breach material or minor? What remedy was ordered to resolve this breach?
