You will imagine yourself in a scenario as Vice President for new business development in a company that needs a jumpstart in terms of innovation in creativity and entrepreneurship. In order to be effective in this new role, you will need to be able to adequately evaluate the levels of creativity and innovation currently in place in this organization. Given that this module has put a focus on looking at creativity and innovation as processes that have to be examined, understood, and ultimately executed in order to be effective, in this assignment you are asked to imagine the steps that you would go through as VP to analyze the current state of creativity and innovation in your case study organization. What would you do to utilize these findings to take action in being prepared to make plans to improve on these two essential process points?
