You will locate two job postings (CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, etc.) for the positions the job interviews were for. Review the job posting (job description), assess the candidate's job interviewing skills, and provide an analysis of how effective a candidate they are. You will indicate any background screens or additional testing you would use to determine the most qualified and best candidates for the position.
