You will need to access two separate pieces of legislation for this task. Using the link  www.legislation.wa.gov.au access the agents Act and Regulation for your state.  You will need to insert your state where highlighted in the link.

When you have located the Agents Act and Regulation you are to write 2 reports - 1 on the Act and 1 on the Regulation using the list below. You must fully complete a report providing the required information for each piece of legislation.

1. The full title of the legislation
2. The purpose of the legislation
3. The key components of the legislation (use a dot point list to describe the components)
4. Two breaches are specified within the legislation
5. The penalties associated with each of the breaches above
6. A sentence to explain how you would identify the currency of the legislation
7. A dot point list showing how you would use steps to address any discrepancies in the application of the legislation for personal or  agency practice
