Sam drove his car into City Carpark for the first time.

At the entrance there was a sign that stated that cars are parked at the owner's own risk.The sign was behind a pillar and difficult to see without getting out of the car.

While he was away doing some shopping one of the carpark attendants crashed another car into Sam's car and caused $10,000 damage.

Sam had not signed any agreement with the owners of the carpark.
